If you purchased your home on or after February 1, 2018 there is a rental restriction limiting lease terms to not less than 6 months. 

For all Lot Owners renting their properties, at least ten (10) days before the commencement of the lease term, please complete the Rental Registration form and provide it to the Association via email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
