Dues

Hillcrest IX currently has an annual assessment (aka Dues) in the amount of $500.00.  The assessment is broken down into two equal payments of $250.00 due on April 1st and October 1st of each year.

Dues Late Fee

Hillcrest IX charges 10% of the payment due (currently $25.00) for any dues payment that is not paid within the allotted time.

Disclosure Fee

Hillcrest IX currently has a disclosure fee of $400.00 due at the sale of a property.
