Many exterior changes to properties require homeowners to submit an architectural application for review and approval by the Architectural Control Committee. The CC&Rs, Section 5-7 and the Architectural Guidelines set forth the process to be followed in order to make exterior changes to properties. Architectural Control Committee meetings are held monthly in conjunction with the Board meetings. Please submit your architectural change request form at least one week prior to the meeting and plan to attend the meeting in person or virtually so that your application will be thoroughly discussed and all questions answered prior to a vote.
